What can I bring?

The following items are ALLOWED to be brought into Bend of the River: 

• Lawn chairs and blankets (lawn chair bags are subject to search). Although no lawn chairs are allowed in the PIT, Party Pass, and Reserved Sections (the reserved section has permanent padded seats).
• Small personal size bottles of sunscreen, no aerosols
• Empty water bottles (non-glass), a water refilling station is available in the venue

NOTE: This event will enforce the policies of Vetter Stone Amphitheater
Events at Vetter Stone Amphitheater have a strict bag policy. Below are guidelines for what is allowed and not allowed in the bag or on your person when you enter the festival grounds:

Guests may carry into the Amphitheater the following style and size bag:
 –  Clear tote (plastic, vinyl or PVC) that does not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″ or a plastic storage bag that is a maximum one gallon, resealable and clear.
–  Small bags, such as a small clutch purse, that are approximately the size of a hand with or without a handle or strap will be allowed, but must not exceed 5″ x 8″.
–  Guests with bags not meeting guidelines will be asked to return them to a vehicle or switch bag contents to a clear bag.

What is not allowed?

The following items are NOT ALLOWED to be brought into Bend of the River:  

• Any bag, other than described above, which may include: hard-sided containers or coolers, briefcases, backpacks, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags, and camera bags
• Seat cushions or pillows
• Glass
• Laser pens/pointers
• Video cameras or mono/tripods (no spectator cameras with lenses over six inches long will be permitted)
• Laptop computers
• Umbrellas
• Firearms, knives or weapons of any kind (Security will have final determination on definition of a “weapon”)
• Illegal or prescription drugs or substances
• Alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages (you may bring empty, non-glass bottles, a water refilling station is available in the venue)
• Signs, banners, or flags on poles, staffs or selfie sticks
• Animals (except certified service animals to aid persons with disabilities)
• Air horns, whistles, cowbells or other distracting noisemakers
• Any devices that may interfere with and/or distract any performances
• Projectiles (i.e.: Frisbees, beach balls, footballs, etc.)
• Aerosol cans (i.e.: mace, pepper spray, hairspray, bug spray, etc.)
• Fireworks, confetti or glitter
• Obscene or indecent clothing
• Balloons or beach balls
• Strollers or wagons
• Use of wheeled footwear, skateboards, hover boards and Segways
• Tobacco or smokeless tobacco products
• Outside food and beverage
