Accessibility Information
Limited Mobility Access
Bend of the River is an accessible event held on level, grassy terrain and asphalt. We encourage all guests with limited mobility to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters. We will not be providing wheelchair or scooter rentals.
Accessibility / ADA Services
At all Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center events, we offer facilities and amenities for our accessible guests. There are numerous accessible seats located throughout the arena and event center, including floor seating for most events.
Guests looking to purchase ADA accessible tickets for the Mayo Clinic Health System Center can do so in two ways:
- Click the Request Accessible Tickets button on your event on Ticketmaster.com
- Visit the MCHS Event Center Box Office, open:

ADA Parking
ADA Parking is available for all guests that meet the following requirements: ADA placard or plate prominently displayed. The person to whom the placard or plate is issued to must be present in the vehicle, as a driver or passenger. Please note: It is against the law to park in an accessible parking space without the required ADA credentials or to fraudulently use someone else’s credentials in order to gain access to ADA parking spots.
Service Animals
Service animals are permitted throughout the festival grounds; however, this does not include emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals. Pets are not allowed and will be turned away. Only legitimate service animals that are properly trained and under the proper care of their owners will be provided with the appropriate credentials and allowed within the festival footprint. The following guidelines must be abided:
- All service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.
- Service animals must be housebroken and should use the service animal relief area located behind/near the bathrooms.
- Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.
- All animals should have legally required vaccinations.
- All animals need to be registered upon entry.

If you would like to request ASL interpretation for any performance, please contact us at info@botrfest.com Please note that requests must be made no later than 30 days before the event to allow for sufficient processing time, and to allow for the interpreters to prepare for the artist performances.
